2. What if I want to ship my assets for storage to Canada from other country?
Our armoured vehicles fleet holds airport pass issued by the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) that allows our crews to drive directly to the plane, pick up parcels and deliver them to SAFE VAULT SERVICES storage facility. Guards already execute this exact type of service for our clientele on a daily basis;

The SAFE VAULT SERVICES logistics team and our brokers network is able to prepare the required paperwork and make arrangements to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of your goods;

1. What can I store with SAFE VAULT SERVICES?
You can store all types and forms of gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium regardless of whether it’s a bar, coin or raw; the same goes for rough and polished diamonds, precious stones and jewelry.

3. Can I withdraw my assets from storage?
Yes, you can withdraw your holdings at any time with prior notice. You can set up transportation of the goods with shipping companies, or we can set a delivery with our affiliates to deliver it to specific location in an armoured vehicle.
4. Can I store my existing tangible assets with SAFE VAULT SERVICES?
Yes, you can. SAFE VAULT SERVICES accepts both existing holdings and holdings that you purchased from a dealer; you can transfer your holdings from other storage locations with ease. We can also procure shipping and secure storage of your assets at SAFE VAULT SERVICES.
1. How do I know my holdings are insured?
We’re proud to offer our clientele comprehensive insurance coverage underwritten by the world industry leaders.
As for the logistics of your precious metals, INKAS® armoured fleet is covered with a multi-level insurance policy designed specifically to address any risk associated with the pick-up and delivery of your high-value items and precious metals.
2. How secure are my holdings are with SAFE VAULT SERVICES?
Your holdings will be segregated from the assets of our other clients in certified safes that are placed within a UL-certified vault. The vault itself is located in a highly-secure facility with 24/7 armed guards patrolling the premises both indoors and outdoors, redundant security alarms as well as surveillance systems. Our staff and management has almost two decades of experience in handling and storing large volumes of high-value tangible assets.
3. How secure are my holdings on the way to your facility?
Transportation services are provided in collaboration with INKAS® security means that your items will be picked up and safely transported to the SAFE VAULT SERVICES Vault by trained armed crews in an armoured vehicle.
1. How do I manage and control my holdings after I deposit them with SAFE VAULT SERVICES?
SAFE VAULT SERVICES team generates monthly reports and we send you the transaction records and confirmation by e-mail every time you deposit/withdraw/transfer you holdings.
2. How do I know my records and dealings will be kept private?
Regardless of client size or the type of items being stored, a strong emphasis is always placed on confidentiality. All documents are stored within our highly secured facility separate from all other customers with access limited to authorized personnel only. All of your dealings with SAFE VAULT SERVICES will be conducted with the use of your Account ID and unique password if and when issued and your personal data will never appear on any account statement.
3. How is my privacy protected and all dealings are kept confidential?
Our Privacy Policy is dedicated to protect and insure your privacy and confidentiality. Additionally, SAFE VAULT SERVICES adheres and follows the changes within the Canada Privacy Act to comply with its regulations.
1. What fees are associated with storage and delivery?
Precious metals storage fees are built with two blocks:
• Deposit or Withdrawal Fees;
• The monthly fees for the storage are calculated as follows:
a. The highest aggregate amount of holdings expressed in troy ounces for the billing period, multiplied by:
b. The LBMA reported monthly average for the underlying metal for the month(s), multiplied by;
c. The annual rate divided by 365; multiplied by;
d. The number of days in the current billing period;
Other types of tangible assets are priced with custom quotes.
Logistics fees are a function of value of goods transported, distance and the weight of the parcels.

2. How does SAFE VAULT SERVICES charge customers for its service?
Upon registration we collect bank information for pre-authorized debits that are made to your account monthly for the provided services.
Other payment options are available upon request.
1. What is SAFE VAULT SERVICES bonded warehouse?
SAFE VAULT SERVICES Bonded warehouse is a storage facility licensed by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to store imported items that did not yet enter the Canadian economy and that were not cleared by Canada Customs;
2. How does it benefit me or my business?
Bonded warehousing allows individuals and commercial organizations to defer the payment of duties on imported goods that come into Canada. With a bonded facility, you can choose to clear your goods through customs and pay duties when you will need to resell or consume theme.
A Bonded warehouse is also used as a transit storage point for items that will be exported within a certain period of time.
3. How long I can store my goods in the bonded warehouse?
CBSA guidelines state that items are to be withdrawn from the bonded facility at the end of a 4 year period (subject to extension):
